Lets say there is a vaccine "A" that works well on 90% of people that take it, and then there is vaccine "B" that works well on 95% of the people. This means the amount of people that DON'T make it from A (10%) is double that of B (5%). Am i allowed to say that vaccine B has double the efficiency of A? If not what would be the correct term?
