I need to relearn fucking everything from basic arithmetic up. I can't even remember how to do long division.

Start with basic mathematics, it's a good prep book. Also it's a meme chart, lurk the archives and you will find better advices then what I can offer.

Just buy a (physical) book and work through it. It really doesn't matter which one so long as you do anything other than spending weeks deciding on which 2000 pdfs you'll download and forget about.
