Fighting sleepiness

Why isn't there a safe, effective, non addicting, no tolerance-developing way to fighting off sleepiness?
The ONLY such thing I know that works is porn and sexual arousal. I can easily stay awake 24 hours if I occasionally watch porn and get myself aroused (no stimulation! just arousal). (This is proven to be true for fruit flies as well, as male flies will stay awake if a female is present while he is being prevented from touching her)
However, this method is impractical in most cases.
Caffeine is trash, you stay sleepy with a high heart rate.
Modafinil and its compunds are literally section 4 drug. Might as well get a real cocaine.
Cold shower, sunshine, heat, pain, hunger, thirst, noise, movement, are all fucking memes that don't really work, and are all impractical while doing work or school.
"Sleeping well" or "having a good sleep schedule" are irrelevant to this discussion. When you grow up you will understand that some people work shifts, some adults run into emergency and have to be awake at night AND be available the next day, some have trauma and have their sleep schedule messed up.
