Id regularly eat yoghurt (real yoghurt), tomatoes because theyre always good for vitamin E.
and I would also spare my digestion.
so no sardines from the can for example. no portions too large.
foods that are easier to digest.
no lemonade, no pop. there are teas that stimulate digestion but also teas that are recommended for stomach and intestinal problems.
