Should i go for a degree?

There's so much investment. And I don't even want to me a super technical nigga. actually, the technology field is one of the best to climb the corporate ladder. As a tech lead for example, you demonstrate technical background and group resource-result-focus management.
So I consider just a bridge to be somewhat of a P.O or Manager, human management shit like that.
