My son who is 16, is very interested in physics and math. I downloaded him a physics textbook wich he oftentimes works on, but I thought it would be a great idea to give him some first hand experience. So is there any chance a 16-years old can get a job in a laboratory or something similiar?

Further information: He goes to school, we live in germany, I know nothing about anything science relatet.
