Hate to break it to you, but it's not going to happen.
When a girl says she wants to hang out at some undisclosed date, either get her to do it right then, the same day, or tomorrow and the absolute last chance is a set day that week. Otherwise, just pass on her. She is suggesting vaguely that she wants to do something with you, it's up to you to make it concrete. If you don't do it, or fail to then you missed your chance. Sometimes girls offer concrete plans, but it's rare.
