Anyone got any tips for dealing with post exam panic?
Every time I do an exam I'm always paranoid that I somehow lost a ton of marks and for like a week after the exam I'm constantly thinking about the paper to try and deduce where I may have lost marks. I do this all the time and always worry I somehow lost a ton of marks somewhere.
How do I just forget about it?
