In the interest of fairness, a preordained pool will be formed via the desired ratios of certain types of people within society at a particular time. At birth, a number from 0 to 12 is drawn from this pool corresponding to the birthing procedures which will be employed. At 12 the neonate is induced with pitocin, extracted by vacuum, umbilical cord is clamped immediatetely, and a plastic bag placed over the head for 1 minute and 30 seconds. They are also injected with vitamin K, circumcised, and given all the latest vaccines. The child is not breast fed.

At 10 the plastic bag isn't used at all, and the amount of placental transfusion gradually increases.

At 7 ~30 seconds of placental transfusion is allowed, pitocin and epidural is not used as a matter of course.

At 5 vaccinations are delayed, and the contents are altered. Breast feeding begins.

At 3 vitamin K is no longer used.

At 2 placental transfusion is allowed to complete.

At 1 circumcision is no longer performed.

At 0 vaccination ceases, and all the highest quality nutrition and water is provided.
