Well. Actually, I'm white. And just walk vigorously for up to 2 hours everyday til' you have the mental fortitude. Then run for 10 minutes everyday for a week around the block I'd say twice. Take a 5 minute cool down each time. Now you should be able to increase your lap every 7-10 days, w/e feels right. At 21 days you 15-20 minutes should be a habit. You'll know what to do then.
It's about feel, guesstimate, and hardwork, routine, discipline.
It does use up mental forks though! Gotta be careful. All I managed to get done yesterday was the laundry!
