Western mandatory public education:
>not teaching students how to read, just told to read blindly
>not teaching about the invention/discovery of calculus
>not teaching logic
>not teaching about abstract thought and abstract space
>not teaching about how math is applied
>not teaching about the different types of numeral systems
>no training for spatial or systematic thinking
>computer class is a typing class or a drag and drop programming class instead of teaching kids about how files, os structure and the terminal work so they can actually use a computer
>iPads in every class room now with ketchapp games on them
>if you ask a question the teacher just shrugs since they don't understand what they're teaching
>never allowed to build or apply anything other than in some boring chemistry experiments or cutting into a dead animal lung
>social science teachers spend half of the semester explaining how social science is a real science
>some European countries make home schooling illegal when this is what they offer
>multiple students and teachers not even aware of their own metacognition
Why? Western society needs a total reform in thought and education
