>>12369880Bacteria will never become resistant to everything. Producing enzymes and structures to counteract antibiotics takes energy, and the more they have to do, the less infectious they will be. These bacteria cannot reproduce fast enough to escape the immune system if they're wasting all their resources trying to cleave a dozen antibiotic molecules at once.
That said, we should probably still nuke China and India for continuing to ignore the problem of antibiotic resistance.
