>>12374026I think you misunderstood. What I'm saying is that if you look at people who eat a lot of red meat, they're not eating burger meat along side a pile of mixed stir fried veg. It's just the case that people who do also tend to be having their meat with sides of fries and coke.
People who eat a lot of meat are more likely than average to be eating unhealthy shit in general.
People who don't eat red meat have more often taken a decision to avoid as part of trying to be healthy and will also be more likely to have other healthy habits.
So red meat is a surrogate for measuring unhealthy diets.
