So recently I have read some article about IQ Vs EQ in leaders
https://www.inc.com/marcel-schwantes/3-things-separate-leaders-with-emotional-intelligence-from-those-with-iq.html
(garbage article I know). Why is the concept of EQ gaining so much traction even though it's totally unscientific and unvalidated? I mean gollman wasn't even a psychiatrist as far as I know, and yet some morons still take his words for granted. IQ has a century of validation within studies and yet some bozos come up with this meme Quotient and go as far as to claim that it's more important than iq itself. Wtf? Is it a cope or something? Is it truly that important to have EQ?
