So I have perhaps discovered an unsolved problem in geometry that I'm dubbing the Cargo Net Problem
Using a continuous line(not cutting the rope) with or without a frame
what is the most efficient use of a rope, that maintains the most symmetry for making a functional net?
Which I guess means has kind of small pockets, probably some ratio to be determined later Vs the overall perimeter, or some fraction of the area.
Suppose a circular net has a different solution?
You'll be racing to beat the nerds I tagged on twitter here: if you wish to partake.
