I've been watching anime for almost two decades and I never got into any vtuber. Only watched a few videos of Kizuna Ai and they weren't that great anyway. I jack off to Hatsune Miku and Flandre Scarlet though.

Vtubers are actually pretty interesting, hololive specifically because they've taken a more traditional approach buisness's approach to streaming. In a way no one else has. They've done an amazing job of scouting and auditioning talent for their roles. So they've recruited some really interesting and talented people and provided them with an audience in a way really no one else has tried.
