If you think about how unfathomably endless it is, there are beings/aliens in it right now on the other side of it either colonizing or shitposting on their version of the internet as we speak

what are the chances that two or more molecules interract in such a way that they form a robust system in which new molecules can enter and exit the system without disrupting its general form (i.e. life)

if put a bunch of molecules in a bath and waited, how long would you have to be waiting for them to interact in such a way that they form this sort of system?

im pretty sure 'life' has existed and quickly disappeared a few times in the universe's history, but thats. i reckon were the product of an entire universe history's worth of luck
