Do not think of it as a eugenics program because you would just be proving my prediction to be right. But in reality the reason more Blacks die of CoVid is because they can't afford the proper treatments and they are in poorer health already due to being poorer and there are other issues too.

Humans are able to CHOOSE to cooperate or compete with each other.
For those that choose to compete the the motto "be the fastest lion and not the slowest gazelle" is the motto you live by.
You may think that means you have to self improve to become the fastest lion, but humans are more clever than lions. We discovered instead of improving yourself to be the fastest lion you can also CHOOSE to you could hurt everyone else to make them the slowest gazelle. Hence......
