Because it's difficult to do, requires expert knowledge, is a highly delicate compound, and if you get caught your life is over.
Every time one of these guys gets busted the entire LSD supply in the US dries up for like a decade.

Idk what the big secret is. Unless you're trying to get industry contacts or something anything discussed here would be based on the same books and papers that have beem publicly available for decades. It's not a secret how to make LSD.
