>>12365660when you see a group of people talking and there is one person that's clearly reading between the lines in everything people say, identifying social relationships between people and carefully crafting what they say to position themselves in a maximally optimal situation for whatever reason they may have (whether it be not pissing anyone off, getting closer to a certain person in the group, hiding their personal lives from people, not revealing information to the wrong people). Have you ever been around people that seem to always say the right thing, or that leave no openings for you, or that seem to read your mind?
yeah you have smart autists that can't think outside of their own perspective, but they literally have a disability. high iq normies and hfa people don't vary that much outside of sensory issues, and even then high iq normies have a duller form of sensory issues to an extent.
it also manifests itself in problem solving, the midwits rely on conventional methods while the high iq person will generally present a method that has a lot more thought put into it.
Has anyone ever told you something you thought was dumb and then later you realized that it was extremely well thought out? or have you ever been around someone that comes up with several ways of solving a problem almost instantly, or that can do hard problems in their head (im not talking about multiplying two large numbers, im talking about thinks like abstract math or art or biology or computer systems or algorithms)?
none of these are entirely indicative but generally other smart people pick up on these cues/signals from other people that think like them. mostly midwits think they think like this, but then there's secretly another level above.
