Guys I was using my telescope to watch the moon and captured this image. What the fuck do you think the bright to the moon's left can be? And why does it look like it's surrounded by... nebulas?
I don't know if this helps somehow but I'm using B0038LX8XE (I don't want to link advertise, just google it).
I know virtually nothing about astronomy despite being an engineering student, but holy shit did this spark my curiosity. Please recommend me a good, scholarly astronomy book. I want to take astronomy as a serious hobby.
