What shall we do about the Christian problem?

But the Bible is not literal since Jesus himself spoke in parable, and the U.S. is an enlightenment nation, not a Christian nation. Furthermore these "Christians" are very close to plunging the U.S. and world into a new dark ages when we are so close to digital immortality & Apostle Paul himself said we need to make immortal bodies.

What to do? We cannot genocide them in good faith... or cut them off from democracy... and economically sanctioning them would just make them more insane.... even still, their theology is clearly inspired by Satan (Bible says Satan & his followers will pretend to be Christians)... what to do?

My gut instinct is that we need a massive, optimal reform of Western thought. Ironically to preserve democracy and Western ideals we need someone to storm into the culture wars like a straight up fascist, but not with a goal of personal power, but rather social transformation.

From my perspective, where Trump (who is clearly a wannabee fascist) went wrong was that he tried to unify the West around himself rather than around a common ideology or purpose - Trump believes nothing other than his own divinity. Optimially, successful fascist uprisings are based around an idea. Not a personality. Look at Nazism for example, was based around Hitler right down to the "heil Hitler" salute - it failed miserably; meanwhile, Chinese fascism was based around a set of IDEAS and that is why it not only succeeded but is on course to conquer the Earth.

To prevent Eastern conquest The West needs a stronger, more optimum ideology. Just my 2 cents.

To clarify: to prevent Eastern conquest, the Western World needs an improved, optimum ideology that is so simple it can be explained to a child, and yet covers the entirety of the human experience. An ideology that can be explained completely in only a few hours... one reason why Eastern ideology is so stable and enduring is that the Tao that it is based on can be fully explained in a few hours... compare this to the Bible which goes on and on and on and takes months to read cover to cover.

The optimum ideology is simple. It fits in the mind for easy reference. Think of an ideology like an operating system: you can have a lightening fast OS or some bloatware.

We need a new, optimum, wester. Ideology that explains all reality starting from the foundations of physics, the origin of material life and socio-economic systems. An ideology that is agreeable enough to serve as a common reference point.

The Bible is a human work. It is not literal. "God" is just a word representing a higher power. Jesus was just a human... in fact is says that clearly and repeatedly in the Bible. We need to shut these fundamentalists down, they are wrong about just about everything, and they are sinking the West. They are destroying the West and will make us subservient to the East.

We need Western leaders not afraid to go Hitchens on these fundamentalists, but with the compassion of a pastor.

We need to make science the new religion, while simultaneously making religion obsolete.
