Scientifically speaking, why don't physicists just get a bunch of data and plug it into a neural network to finally figure out quantum gravity?

Simple reason: you can measure leading non quantum gravity stuff in experiments, but can't measure subleasing quantum gravity corrections which are highly suppressed. How would you feed them to neural networks or whatever if you don't have proper input raw data in the first place?
