So the USSR was forced to adopt a multi party system after the USA's military bullied them into spending excessively to the point of bankruptcy
Is the USA trying to do that to China by getting every developed country to ban their stuff after they spend billions developing it? They didn't ban Chinese 5G until after it was paid for and ready to sell, and now China can't recoup its costs on that. Is that going to be the plan for every effort they make to get money until eventually they're financially fucked?
