They should target the government for fucking up their economy with post mandala stupidity that cripple SA corporations and dragged capital from SA.
It's not white people keeping them down. It's not seeing only white people in those fields that is keeping them down. It's their entire economy and general lack of motivation keeping them down. That motivation is only going to happen if they have enough brains to be motivated to work in those fields.
But they're generally more worried about food on the table or just generally uninterested in those fields.
This is just government propaganda to promote half baked resources into these fields when in reality those workers just aren't capable of doing the work or (more likely) don't exist at all.
