We've got at best an f/3.5 aperture and our eyes work at light levels so low at that aperture even most higher grade cameras can't take videos at light levels that low, especialy with such a small aperture.
Allthough something like an EOS 1DX MK3 with a 50 mm /1.0 filming at 1/30 second exposure can probably outperform the human eye.
However that's a flagship DSLR with an unobtanium lens that hasn't been in production for decades and has a razor thin depth of field.
