Are the black people in the photos from Africa who have migrated to the UK or are they Africans in Africa who happen to have a Facebook account on which they post photos? If it is the latter, they're likely to be in a high tier of their society, which means access to better nutrition, healthcare, and likely better genetics. If they're migrants in the UK, it depends on how they got there. People who snuck in illegally likely didn't have access to the same conditions back home that a Nigerian on a student visa to the UK would have had back in Nigeria.
