You're missing literally every link you would need to apply that to yourself as a 20-something year old male. You're in an unstudied age group (your probability of getting prostate cancer in your 20s is basically 0. does cumming now still reduce your risk 50 years later? you don't know), you're asking a a question that misses the point of the study (people who cum infrequently don't have a reduction compared to abstainers. you have to cum almost every day to see a drop) and most importantly even for the study group there isn't even an ATTEMPT to show this is causal. It's pure correlation, and it's not really even a shocking one; if you're 60 years old and fucking your wife every single day you're probably a pretty healthy guy. You don't need to jump to the conclusion that your sex is preventing your cancer.
