Differences in the average height or strength of races is petty justification for racism. So is difference in intelligence.
There is a significant overlap in the range of intelligence in the races.

It makes more sense to treat people individually, with respect to individual dignity and rights. To treat people based on race is to delilberately act out of ignorance of the individual's true traits in favour of the proxy colour code, like you're a toddler.
Racists like to engage in tribalism with skin colour, usually because they need to group themselves with the tribe in order to feel good about themselves, because individually they are pathetic and failed at life.
