well you have to either get less sleep or extra sleep on one night. if you're not depriving yourself of sleep you need to get more sleep.
I recommend taking 2-3 advil PMs or any diphenhydramine medicine like 30-45 minutes before you want to sleep and it'll make you quite drowsy. other than that your only option is to very very slowly adjust your sleep by maybe 30 minutes each couple of nights, which can be difficult.
