>>12355425Do you genuinely enjoy math? I am literally in no sense trying to discourage you with this, so do not interpret it that way: Are you sure math is for you? At the end of the day, if it is hard for you, maybe it is not for you? When I was a kid, I was awful at soccer and sports because, for whatever reason, it hurt me to sweat. I genuinely have the most vivid memory of a bead of sweat pushing through my forehead pore and hurting me.
I was NEVER going to be good at soccer, and luckily for me I ended up being kind of a loner/nerd/teachers pet and became a more academically gifted person. Point of this blog post being if something is harder than it is supposed to be, that is something subjectivw to you. That doesnt mean it isnt real, but that it is a sign you should change your mind. Basically, there are three paths here: You power through and conquer the math. You attempt to power through and do not conquer. You give up and change your mind. All of these are perfectly fine options and you should decide what you want. If it is important enough to you that you are willing to fail and try again, I find it hard to see you not succeeding. The main problem here is that you will expend effort without success, which definitely does suck. You will have to either change something about how you are learning (which will only be possible through sheer investment of effort) or eventually give up, either now or after repeated failures.
Speaking of failure, if you are not going to grad school afaik it literally does not matter if you fail a math class four years in a row.
