Mine ended up suffering from pretty gnarly decay because I couldn't brush them properly, ended up having to get them all removed. One of them was so rotten it broke into fragments when being pulled out.

Most dentists will let you keep the teeth btw. Pic related are mine. Only got three out because the fourth one never erupted (it's rotated 90° and thankfully never started erupting into the roots of its neighbors)
