what country/region on average has the best mathematician/scientists/engineers but at the same time produces strong men on average ?

here is a few examples of regions/countries with strong men (good at fighting/strong physically) samoans, daegestans etc.. but those countries don't produce good mathematicians/scientists i was wondering which countries had strong men and good scientists ?

i would say russia but it's so big that i don't even know if the good mathematicians/scientists come from the same region as those good russian fighters hell they might even not even be the same race lol

france has a lot of great mathematicians the usa too but most of them looked like their bodies would break with a single punch (no disrespect to them but it is what it is)
