But it's always been kinda itchy even when short, especially when it's either too dry or too oily, and when I overheat and sweat or get hit with a cold, dry wind.

I used Head and Shoulders for a thousand years and thought I just had shit genetics because it barely worked unless I was perfectly on top of it, then I switched to Selsun Blue and magically it fixed everything. Haven't had dandruff since. No idea what the fuck the difference was since they have the same active ingredient but just in case this helps any other dandruffy niggas.
