Sup guys,
I tried posting on /adv/ and not sure where else to post this but here it goes. I have tried applying to many entry level positions (at least 60 at this point) relevant to my major (Electrical Engineering) but I never get contacted back for even an interview. I have a decent GPA (3.4) from a well known state school and my counselor even said “I have no idea why you don’t get interviews”. I have interned with one of the big 3 defense companies in the US and even that isn’t enough to help me secure a position. I have even applied to positions below my education level and don’t get any feedback/correspondence. I don’t know what to do at this point, and have started to accept the fact that I will be a STEM barista. Do any of you guys have experience with this problem or any words of advice? Multiple people have reviewed and green-light my resume and I am running out of time to find a job.
