>>12349503The first time was when doing eye exercises for improving eye sight. Stretching and flexing the muscles moving the eye. Side to side, up and down, 8 pattern etc. This was my first time doing these exercises and my muscles were really stiff. It felt so good stretching them and I also got this strange relaxed feeling resembling ASMR but not quite. Deeper and more meditative.
Another time I was on my way to some social event. Feeling very moody and anxious. I did not really want to go. For some reason I did these fast side to side eye movements and my perspective suddenly changed in a sort of absurd way. Just started laughing and my anxiety was gone (very rare for me). I think it was a great night.
