The short answer to your question OP is yes, but it would taste terrible. It certainly wouldn't be clear because I imagine the ethanol would eventually denature the proteins in the semen and they would precipitate out. That said, you could cold-crash everything out on purpose. but then what would be the point because you'd just be left with normal wine plus the disgusting tasting and smelling double-ended amines that are in semen, pic related.
