I guess the water takes a third of the bottle, and so we are trying to find that one third region seperated by a single horizontal line that still takes uo tha region of the bottle. I think what is far more interesting here is that there is a clearly infinite number of ways you can shade regions like this. I.e, there is clearly an infinite number of possible rotations, and they ALL have a single parallel line that makes the same ratio grey everytime. Lemme go get my whiteboard ty so much anon
