Genius awakening or dunning-Kruger? | Word limit imposing

Have IQ of online tested 150-60+, not the shitty tests, I feel I have 170+ but "dulled myself", feeling of "brain fog".
Awoke thought processes quick, spiral thought process amplified, fell asleep again, disappeared, this reminiscent of racing thoughts, correlated with sleep deprivation/ADHD, may have, diagnosed ADHD, probably not, refused medication. Racing thoughts described intrusive/bothersome/overwhelming, not for me, felt things were "natural". Hoping for experience like this, albeit permanent, for two nights, mind over matter, second day happened. Had no memories surface, such as sleep deprivation does. Second time brain fog dissipate, first when was watching lecture on 3d visualization of data. Heard similar stories, Nikola Tesla flashing visualization/friend of mine recovered critical brain issues, speaks ~6 languages. If these racing thoughts, can see why Paul Erd?s took amphetamines.

Night-based sleep schedule
Antisocial (socially outcast/violent household)
(Poor) Starch/vegetable diet, never full, probable deficiencies in nutrients/Vitamin D (Have heard carnivore diet "clears brain fog", any truth?)
Porn-induced erectile dysfunction, increasing degeneracy, trying stop
Spend most time sedentary in bed, unathletic/non-flexible
Chronic Sinusitis
Often "turned brain off" expedite feeling of time for bus wait/classroom droning - feel this influences
Spent two days reading/watching works/interviews geniuses. Nikola Tesla, two people with 182-3 IQ via Quora, Marilyn von Savant, relate heavily (Not MvS hasn't written about personal experience)

MvS "I score so well on IQ tests because I'm intellectually aggressive"-I'm lacking intellectual aggression, (read sedentary)

Several cases brain damaged people recovering with training + people do not use their whole brains (or so I've heard), leads me to believe I may have begun awakening, not in the hoodoo sense. Borrowed from Jung, subconscious exploration next step, along with constant intellectual training.
