Goals: a healthy tasty day of eating

Breakfast: Apple

Brunch: diced sweet potato with 1/2 block tofu
with onions sauce, seaweed, pepper and turmeric, and hot sauce

lunch: banana, 3 slices of daves killer bread with toamto sauce, nutritional yeast (taste like cheese but healthy),
and flaxseed meal for those omega 3 brain fats, all as topping,

Dinner: my own curry soup , turmeric sweet potato, carrot, cabbage, hot sauce, pepper,
on the side 3 more slices of bread with the same toppings

Later tonight i will snack on a couple apples
