the earth is a flat sheet on a non euclidean surface. can go both with a spheroid and hyperbolic but it sounds just like you are going through extra steps to come to the same conclusion

Perhaps instead of the flat earth so often presented, it's actually more like a curved some, with the north pole in the middle at a peak, and the rest curving slightly downward from there.
