>>12338006I have it, in fact I got it last year around this time. I spent my youth bouncing around in front of huge speakers at raves, didn’t think it bothered me.
Years later I bought a really loud can for my motorbike, didn’t have earplugs in and took it for a ride - felt my eardrums vibrating.
Again, thought nothing of it, then woke up in the middle of the night with a ringing in my earls, very loud.
Had my ears syringed, had to sleep with the TV on for around 6 months to drown out the noise. Nothing really helps.
It’s a good bit quieter than it was, but I can still hear ringing over the volume of the TV, you do learn to live with it, buts it’s kind of torturous.
I feel bad for you that you have it, but if you have a read online on the Tinnitus forums, there are some people who have it so bad they try to kill themselves.
TL;DR sorry, no cure, wear earplugs if you have a loud life. Don’t take hearing for granted etc.
