The message means we must go in reverse and stare at people. We must walk backwards in front of people, complete strangers, while maintaining absolute eye contact. If they attempt to speak to us we must ignore them. Sooner or later they will understand and begin walking backwards with us. When everyone walks backwards the world will be saved and the aliens will come and pick us up.
