I think there is something real behind it, but a lot of people fake it to get pain meds. My mom has been diagnosed with it, among other autoimmune diseases and cursed all of her children with others. Brother has type 1 diabetes, I have severe asthma, other brother has rheumatoid arthritis.

I know a guy who has it, apparently. My mom thinks she has it, and also thinks I have it - or something related. I have a lot of weird nerve stuff: buzzing feeling in limbs, tinnitus, visual snow, palpitations, occasional migraines, muscle twitches etc. Also my sister has chronic fatigue, which is supposedly related.
