My lab results were published online. I'll call my GI doc in the morning to talk about it, but for now... can anyone here tell me if celiac disease is confirmed or deconfirmed?
>A. Small Bowel Bx
>Small intestinal mucosa within normal limits including preserved villous architecture and no intraepithelial lymphocytosis. Immunostain for CD3 confirms this finding. Alcian blue-PAS stain is negative for gastric metaplasia.
>B. Antral Bx
>Gastric antral mucosa with mild, chronic gastritis. IHC stain is negative for H. Pylori and Alcian blue-PAS is negative for intestinal metaplasia.
