>>12333523>>Amphetamine + modafinil + coffee + high THC ratio cannabis is probably the most enjoyable, most productive, and most creative experience ever.>Scientificaòòy speacking... why?If you mean why personally: I tried it once, it felt good and worked well, tried it some more and it still felt good and worked well. Many years later, still works pretty well, though of course with a bit more tolerance than at the start.
Scientifically, it's probably extremely complex and multivariate but I suspect a big percentage of it is just the synergistic dopaminergic effects. Amphetamine, modafinil, caffeine (and other compounds in coffee), and high THC cannabis are all very dopaminergic, and all in somewhat different ways. The various dopamine systems in the brain can be associated with increased productivity, motivation, focus, creativity, and euphoria.
Also, norepinephrine (which is molecularly very similar to dopamine; most stimulants affect both DA and NE, and DA directly metabolizes to NE) increases energy and general mental and physical speed.
High THC cannabis is dopaminergic but fundamentally seems to be an all-around "amplifier" of any substance. THC inhibits GABA, and GABA is what inhibits basically every other neurotransmitter. So if you take something that interacts with serotonin or dopamine, the serotoninergic or dopaminergic effects will be even stronger if you take high THC cannabis. (As someone else pointed out, the high THC ratio part is very important; a more mixed THC:CBD ratio won't cause this, since CBD kind of cancels out THC in some ways, and there are various terpenes that can modulate it as well.) This is why if you take a psychedelic like LSD, a small hit of weed can greatly amplify the whole trip, as i you took a larger dose. The same can basically happen with amphetamine and other stimulants.
