Problems are an earth sized disk still has its own gravity which will be towards the centre point so at a steep angle to the ground out near the edges, and it will combine with the propulsion effect to give 2x higher gravity in the middle and lower on the underside so people will be crushed under their own weight on top and fall off and float away on the bottom of the disk.
Also if you want stable gravity you need constant acceleration forever which isn't feasible. No propulsion system can do it but if you did do it before long you'd be going near light speed and blueshifted radiation would cook everyone.
You could avoid the light speed problem by putting it on a circular trajectory.
