Eat a good diet (mainly cook stuff yourself, enjoy alcohol, caffeine and other substances in moderation), go into the sun (but not to the point where you get a sunburn) and you'll be fine. There isn't any magic to it

Just because something is involved with something does mean continuing to increase it will increase the rate that it will happen. Shitty example I can think of at the moment is photosynthesis and light. Light is involved with photosynthesis. Imagine you are shinning a light at a plant. There is a point where shining more and more light doesn’t increase the amount of sugar the plant creates. Shit example not really the same at all but I hope you get the point.
