no, there are many different types of organizations made up of humans, gov't is but one of those. they all have similar failings, mal-incentives, successes and good-incentives, b/c they are all made up of humans.

That's reductive and ignores reality.
Simply put, government is on easy mode. Its similar to taking a pack of wild dogs and pitting them against house pets.
At some point its going to be clear that decentralization and proper incentive is the better way to run a government.
