Are they interpreting anything that isn't entirely downballot for a single party to be the other individual voting style? Also in many of the examples they seem to split these types halfway, so you have the same number doing each. In reality I would wager that you'd expect an insane amount of people to go strictly downballot than to vote individually. Can further clarify that assumption that they have?
